Today's landscape is one of unprecedented disruptive change. With little margin for error, leaders are expected to adapt to change and react to setbacks quickly. Unfortunately, the skills required to tackle these challenges, process quickly, and come back stronger requires thinking in ways that are rarely mentioned in leadership programs. Resilience is arguably the most important skill for leaders today, and while many are now talking about it, very few people really know how to build it.

Jennifer Eggers is an organizational resilience expert and the founder of LeaderShift Insights, Inc. The firm works with leaders and teams facing disruption who want to increase their capacity to adapt. A c-level coach, speaker, and consultant, Jennifer is has a passion for creating insights that drive business results. She is known for facilitating high-stakes meetings with challenging stakeholders and is the creator of RapidOD, a revolutionary approach to organizational restructuring and groundbreaking workshops that have led clients to say, she turns everything you know about corporate training upside-down.' Her book, co-authored with Cynthia Barlow and titled "Resilience: It's Not About Bouncing Back," has a five-star rating on Amazon and is an international bestseller.

For nearly 30 years, Jennifer has coached teams, officers, and directors of Fortune 500 companies. She is a former Partner with Cambridge Leadership Group, Vice-President, Leadership Development & Learning for Bank of America, and has held several senior roles in Learning, Organization & Leadership Development at AutoZone and Coca-Cola Enterprises. She is an advanced practitioner in adaptive leadership, a member of the Adaptive Leadership Network at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, and holds a Marketing degree from Penn State's Smeal College of Business.
