Bio: Diane Weller is an internationally certified coach, speaker, writer, Chief Encouragement Officer, and founder of Diane Weller Coaching. She has assisted individuals from all stages and levels of careers across eight states. Providing services to individuals and organizations, Diane specializes in guiding individuals to find careers that are aligned with who they uniquely are, and what they want, by discovering, understanding, and gaining advantage and confidence from their natural strengths. She is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of Solving Your Career Confusion. Prior to launching her coaching practice, she spent 33 years in Information Technology across health care, insurance, and higher education. Diane earned her ASBD in Computer Information Systems from Central Penn Business School, her BS in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, and sits on the Career Services Advisory Council at Central Penn College.
