The Women in Tech (WIST) student organization is planning their 9th Annual Lean In Panel in collaboration with the IST Identity Talks series. This discussion brings together a variety of IST alumna to share support and insight in STEM careers. The leadership panel is based on the national "Lean In" movement from best-selling author and Facebook COO, Sheryl Sandberg, which aims to empower women to lean in to their ambitions. The panel strives to open the conversation among students and alumni and encourage them to become part of a larger conversation.
