The Changing Skyline of Downtown State College
Join us for breakfast on April 28th as Gary Brandeis expounds on the most recent real estate development in downtown State College. Gary's firm, Real Estate Capital Management, has developed the first, large scale mixed-use development in downtown State College. The Fraser Centre includes 50,000 square feet of retail space occupied by Target and H&M, the Hyatt Place Hotel and Conference Center (the first new hotel in downtown State College in 30 years) and luxury residential condominiums. Fraser Centre retailers opened in October and Gary is looking forward to the hotel opening soon and residents moving into their new homes this year! Continental breakfast will be provided.
