Since 2016, she has successfully built the infrastructure of a private equity-backed company, scaling its workforce from 430 to over 5,400 employees. Lorraine excels in leading talent programs and enhancing both candidate and client experiences through innovative outreach and employment branding strategies. With a proven track record of cultivating strong relationships, she delivers top-tier talent solutions aligned with organizational objectives in a highly competitive landscape. Committed to implementing effective, growth-oriented talent strategies, Lorraine leads a responsive recruitment team to achieve business goals. A sales professional since graduating from Penn State, she leverages her talent marketing skills to elevate recruitment outcomes. Additionally, both of her daughters are proud Nittany Lions, graduating in ’21 and ’27.
Drew Kovacs: Drew is a 25-year veteran of helping organizations and the people who power them succeed and grow. Recruiting technology professionals for clients in San Francisco during the original “dotcom boom,” he moved to a vanguard non-profit agency supporting Bay Area residents living with HIV/AIDS through career counseling, employment advocacy, and direct job placement. Relocating to Las Vegas, Drew joined Fortune’s 2011 #6 Best Company to Work For, Zappos.com, as its first in-house tech recruiter and ultimately in a special projects role which included consulting with client companies of the Zappos Insights business line on leveraging organizational culture to drive performance. An alum of Penn State, he was selected to be the University’s first internal professional services recruiter and established a framework to hire and retain the nation’s top talent in higher education philanthropy. Now the Director of Talent for Advancement serving Penn State's Division of Development and Alumni Relations, Drew is expanding upon the established talent management program he helped to build, aimed at sustainably enhancing employee experience and organizational health.
Donovin Lindsay: Donovin is a talent acquisition expert with years of hands-on experience in recruitment. Throughout his career, Donovin has meticulously reviewed thousands of resumes, conducted countless interviews, and successfully managed the intricate processes of job offers and salary negotiations. In addition to his corporate experience, Donovin is a serial entrepreneur, having founded four businesses, one of which is Premiere Career. Through this venture, Donovin specializes in helping job seekers craft exceptional resumes that stand out from a hiring manager's point of view. He also offers services such as cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, creating Indeed accounts, and conducting mock interviews, all tailored to maximize a candidate’s chances of success.

Nicole Wagner: Nicole is a Compensation Manager at PNC Bank, helping to guide and advise business leaders through compensation decisions. She started her career at PNC as an HR intern and has held various roles in the compensation space for over nine years. Nicole graduated from Penn State in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology (concentration in business) and minors in Business and Labor and Employment Relations. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband, son, and two cats.
