Panelists 
Gene Bradshaw: Gene Bradshaw is a U. S. Navy and Gulf War Veteran with more than 20 years of overall Human Resources experience. While in the Navy he was a Mission Commander overseeing a $36 million aircraft and a crew of 30 in various roles supporting National interests. In addition to flying, he also held leadership positions as a Squadron Administration and Training Officer while attaining a dual Master of Arts in Management and Human Resources.

After transitioning out of the Navy, Gened his HR Career as a Recruiter and worked with various organizations in Pittsburgh culminating as an HR Business Partner with Verizon Wireless. While at Verizon he contributed to the onboarding of new employees, oversaw the hiring process for leadership positions (focusing on Veteran Hiring) and assisted leadership with Employee Relations concerns.

Since then, he has gone back to his recruiting roots and assisted Veterans with their career transition with Corporate America Supports You (CASY). In 2019, he accepted a Recruiting Manager position to support the 2020 Decennial Census where he led a team of 30 in sourcing applicants for various Census positions. Based on this experience, he decided to stay in the government sector: completing 1 year as a Career Advisor for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and now a Talent Management Specialist for the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Throughout his varied work history, Gene assisted in raising four children and was a long-time volunteer/board member/program director for Priority2Work (Assisting people in career transition). He enjoys fishing and cycling when he gets the chance.

Ed Bujan: Ed Bujan is the Chief, Strategic Outreach and Recruiting Programs, Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. SOAR ensures that 19 Civilian Career Fields are provided the necessary recruiting support and program oversight to attract the best and brightest candidates to fill summer and extended internship and career development positions with the Department of the Air Force and the United States Space Force. Mr. Bujan is responsible for executing several programs including the Premier College Intern Program (PCIP), the Palace Acquire Program, and the Copper Cap Program.

Mr. Bujan enlisted in the Air Force in 1982 and has served over 41 years as an Enlisted Airman, Civilian Contractor, and Civilian Government Employee.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Bujan was the Chief, of Force Renewal Programs. He is responsible for the effective management and execution of Career Programs attracting young civilians to the Air Force each year. 

Tracey Rawlings: Tracey  Rawlings comes to us from the Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC) located at the Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA. She serves as the Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) Outreach Coordinator, assisting the 13 naval command partners in the NADP with outreach and recruiting efforts. With 20 years of experience in the private sector ranging in customer service, personnel management, public relations, marketing, and executive leadership, she is approaching 17 years with the Department of the Navy, and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Christine Sharbaugh: Christine Sharbaugh has been serving as the Civilian Recruiting Program Manager since 2018, with a focus on acquiring new talent to the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP). As the program manager, she has been building new relationships with Colleges and Universities as well as Veteran Organizations across the nation. She works directly with hiring managers and Human Resource Specialists in developing recruiting strategies and finding the most appropriate ways of bringing individuals on board non-competitively across the NAVSUP Command. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Shippensburg University.
