Louise has over 20 years of experience with global Fortune 500 companies as well as public organizations guiding hundreds of HR and business leaders around the world. Louise earned her master’s in Organization Development from the Graziadio Business School of Pepperdine University in 2014. She holds her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
