You have a brand whether you know it or not. Is your brand helping you and your career or holding you back? In this session, you will discover the significance of a strong personal brand, how to build the brand you want, and strategies to overcome brand pitfalls. We will also discuss important steps in building a brand strategy.

Bio: Louise Keefe is the Founder & Principal Consultant of Perspektives, a consulting practice that provides unique and creative solutions to clients. Services include executive coaching, leadership development, talent strategy, inclusion & diversity, change management, team building, and numerous other services.
Louise has over 20 years of experience with global Fortune 500 companies as well as public organizations guiding hundreds of HR and business leaders around the world. Louise earned her master’s in Organization Development from the Graziadio Business School of Pepperdine University in 2014. She holds her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University.
Louise is fascinated with the field of neuroscience and how our brain works – particularly as it pertains to feedback, coaching, and leadership development. You will see her passion for this body of work in the examples she shares in her discussion today.
